1. Scope

These terms of use govern access to AustriaDir, an Austria directory operated by Djudi Asaad. By using the website you accept these terms.

2. Permitted use

• Personal, non-commercial use to find places in Vienna.
• Linking to individual public pages with clear attribution.
• Reporting data issues via our correction form.

3. Prohibited use

Without prior written permission you must not:

• Automatically scrape, crawl, or harvest the website or search API at scale.
• Bulk-download, merge, or republish our directory as a competing product.
• Bypass rate limits, access controls, or technical protection measures.
• Remove attribution, trust labels, or copyright notices.
• Use listing data for emergency routing or medical decisions without checking official sources (1450, 144, 112).

4. Content and copyright

Guides, tourist notes, categorisation, trust labelling, and site design are protected unless stated otherwise. Third-party raw data (e.g. OpenStreetMap under ODbL) remains under its respective licence — see data sources.

5. Directory data

Search uses smaller per-category data files without source metadata, tourist notes, or verification dates — not a single bulk export of the full directory. Automatically merging these files or HTML pages into a competing database is prohibited.

6. Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is”. Hours, duty schedules, and location data may be outdated. In a medical emergency call 144 or 112; for pharmacy duty call 1450.

We may update these terms. The last-updated date is shown at the top of this page.
